You are able to clean the PVC component of the product by using a cleaning spray that is safe to use on plastic and then wiping down the surface with a microfibre cloth. Alternatively, you can also try warm soapy water or glass cleaner.
To submit a return, email us at info@fancee.com.au. Please note that we do not provide pre-paid return labels and all returns are at the customers expense. Please ensure that your return is trackable. In the event that your order arrives damaged or faulty in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@fancee.com.au. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied and therefore will offer a full refund within a 14 day period. You must notify us at info@fancee.com.au if you wish to return an item.

Standard Shipping with estimated time 2-8 days (depending on your location) is charged at a flat rate of $10.00.
Express Shipping with estimated time 1-4 days (depending on your location) this is charged at a flat rate of $15.00.

Standard shipping is offered for New Zealand, USA and UK at this time. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Yes we do offer international shipping to New Zealand, USA and UK. Shipping is standard and is calculated at checkout.

Orders will be processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24-48 hours following your order being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays.
