SHIPPING RATES AUSTRALIA
Shipping charges are additional to the purchase price and will be highlighted at checkout with charges calculated as per your location.

 

SHIPPING RATES INTERNATIONAL

Shipping rates for international orders will vary depending on your location with shipping calculated as time of order based on your location. Please note that we only offer International shipping to New Zealand, USA and UK at this time.

Please note: International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. FANCEE is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. If you refuse your delivery, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any applicable tax and duties charges, and the cost of returning the package and will not be entitled to a refund. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24-48 hours following your order being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped and then delivered.
*Please allow extra time during public holidays and large sale periods.

 

SHIPPING TIMES
We aim to process your order as quickly as possible and Estimated shipping times are based on your location. You will receive a confirmation email that will include a tracking number to check your status.

 

AUSTRALIA
VIC, NSW, SA, QLD, ACT: 1-3 business days
TAS, NT, WA: 3-7 business days
Please note, transit times are indicative only and based on metro areas within states.

  

INTERNATIONAL
Shipping Times for Internationally customers will vary based on your location. Standard shipping service is provided for International customer. Tracking details will be provided once your order is on its way to you to track delivery.

 

WHERE DO WE SHIP FROM
We ship all orders from Melbourne, Australia.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition to be eligible for a full refund for the product order amount. 

Fancee does not accept any liability for lost or missing goods returned by unregistered post. Please allow up to 5 - 7 business days for the return to be assessed before a refund can be processed.

 

SUBMITTING A RETURN
To submit a return, email us at info@fancee.com.au. Please note that we do not provide pre-paid return labels and all returns are at the customers expenses.

Please ensure that your return is trackable. In the event that your order arrives damaged or faulty in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@fancee.com.au. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
